We are a business design consultancy and marketing services company set up by James Rock after a successful career as a Product Designer with leading companies including Ford Motor Company and Jaguar Cars, followed by many years in senior management roles, and later, within the international world of business and management consultancy after gaining an MBA at a leading business school.

James is a serial business inventor and re-inventor, working with clients across many sectors to improve their businesses. He combines left-brain thinking in logical analysis with right-brain creativity and intuition. From his experience in large partnerships, respected niche consultancies, and working successfully as an independent consultant and interim manager he has gained wide knowledge of what makes a first-class professional services organisation, . He has embedded this learning in the way we do business.
